Apple Wine Ingredients:

•  5 Gallons of Apple Juice 

•  5 lbs. of White Sugar

•  2 tbsp of Yeast Nutrient

•  1/2 tsp. of Pectic Enzyme

•  2 1/2 tsp. of Acid Blend (Citric)

•  1 tsp. of Tanin

•  1 packet of Yeast (regular or white wine yeast)
