INGREDIENTS:
Makes 5 gallons of Apricot wine
• Fresh Apricots 14 lbs
• 10 lbs of White Sugar
• 1 tsp. Yeast Energizer
• 1 tsp Pectic Enyme
• 2 tsp Acid (Citric)
• 1 tsp Tannin
• 1 Pack of White Wine Yeast
• Campden Tablet
• 4-5 Gallons of Water (Distilled if possible)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Follow classic wine making fermentation procedure.
